Currer Web Consulting are pleased to be working with Dolphin Golf Property, a rapdily expanding overseas property agency, to grow their business through the utilisation of I.T. to the full.
Dolphin buy, sell and rent properties in some of the highest quality resorts worldwide, including Murcia in Spain, the Dominican Republic and Barbados. They specialise in golf-centric properties, providing a bespoke service for the discerning client.
Currer Web Consulting are in the process of developing a completely new website solution for Dolphin, to maximise the coverage of the properties they are involved with online. This will later be expanded to include a fully managed rental system, with a portal for owners and an online booking system.
Director Mark Bailey commented just how important the Internet and a good web site are to the business - "A good deal of our business comes through our web site, and so we are pleased to have Currer Web Consulting on board for the development of the site, as well as to modernise our I.T. systems. As a small but international company, other off-the-shelf I.T. solutions have not met our needs, but our new bespoke systems suit us perfectly."
Until now, Dolphin had no coordinated way to manage their customer relations, and Currer Web have helped get Dolphin set up using salesforce.com to manage their leads and accounts from anywhere in the world. The customisable nature of salesforce.com has allowed extensive customisation and integration work to be done, for example to include a bespoke document management system, by Currer Web, to keep Dolphin staff in touch with the paper trail, wherever they are in the world.
